Walked the dogs today, did weights, abdominal exercises, and stretching. Not to mention spent less time behind the desk at work than usual. My metabolism is REALLY kicking my ass, though. It’s making eating difficult. I’ve gone in just a handful of days from barely wanting to eat anything and forcing myself to eat 3 meals a day, to craving food 24/7.
And I still haven’t had a chance to do my meal plan, or go shopping, or make anything in my dehydrator, so I’m down to bare bones, back of the cabinet, NOTHING good for me. UGH! I’m going to have nothing to show at my weigh in on Sunday if I keep eating like this. Ugh. Goal for tomorrow: get to work on this good food stuff!!

You can do it! *inserting shameless plug* I love the website I use, as even if I want to eat something bad, I can calculate the calories and enter it in, and now where I am for the day.
